Currently, Linaha ships to all locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we’re working hard to expand our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!


2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping methods to ensure your package arrives on time:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Shipping Cost: $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping Cost: $12.99
  • Priority Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Shipping Cost: $19.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Delays

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally, external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated shipping information.


6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes using Standard Shipping. However, please note that expedited and priority shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Shipping Charges for Returns

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Linaha is not responsible for lost return packages.


9. Local Pickup (If Available)

Currently, Linaha does not offer local pickup. However, we are exploring the possibility of offering this service in the future.
