Return & Exchange Policy

At Linaha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your dress, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below for more details on how to return or exchange an item.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Dresses must not show signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: We ask that you return the dresses in their original packaging if possible, to ensure they are protected during transit.

Note: Items that are final sale, such as special promotional items or custom-made dresses, cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization.
  2. Return Shipping: Once you receive return instructions, please securely package the item(s) and send them back to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  3. Exchange Option: If you would like to exchange your dress for a different size or style, please mention your preferred replacement in your return request email. We will reserve the item for you if it’s available.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged or defective item.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products: Items that have been specially tailored to your specifications.
  • Underwear or swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please reach out to us for guidance. Linaha is not responsible for any return shipping costs for international orders.


7. Late Returns

Returns made after 30 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. We recommend that you initiate a return as soon as possible to ensure it meets the timeframe.
